Spring in the air

Although it’s cold and grey there are hints of Spring everywhere. This week in class we will be looking at Spring Flowers and colour mixing. Choosing and mixing the right colour is always tricky and I don’t think you can have too much practice. So we will be looking at the yellows ifvdaffodils the subtle creams of primroses and probably the flamboyant colours of camellias too.

We all see colour slightly differently and we certainly apply it differently too. We will see a range of techniques from very subtle, delicate renditions to those which are bold and certainly make their mark. At the end of every class we always celebrate our different approaches and techniques. There is so. Uch to learn from one another.
