Art Classes September 2023

Art Classes are currently held at Bridges Community Centre, Drybridge Street, Monmouth on Wednesdays.

Morning sessions run from 10.00 – 12:30 and afternoon sessions from 13:30 till 16:00

Sessions are designed to be friendly, fun and informative. Each session has a different theme and during a course of six lessons we will probably use graphite, acrylics, watercolours, ink and pastels. Themes will range through botanical, landscapes, pets, portraits and art in the style of a famous master.

Sessions are payable in advance for the course.

Our classes will restart on September 6th. If you would like to join, please contact me immediately. I have 2 spaces in the afternoon and sppace by negotiation in the morning.

We will be starting with mark making in graphite and pen before moving on to an exploration of colour. Beginners welcome, or if you just want to get back into painting you will probably enjoy the classes too. Please note, we have a break mid morning and mid afternoon for coffee and cake!
